The next step is signing a preliminary agreement, i.e., pre-contract, with the purpose of retaining a real estate. In this document, key points such as price, payment conditions, deadlines, real estate description, and real estates land database are defined. A real estate merchandising contract is an official document that defines all details of the transaction. It includes information from the pre-contract, date of the handover and vendor’s guarantee that third parties don’t have any rights to the real estate.
Also, it is necessary to notarize a merchandising contract at the notary public in several copies – one for the buyer, seller, notary public, municipal court land registry and tax office, and possibly one copy for the bank, in case you are paying for the apartment with a credit.
PAYMENT AND HANDOVER
After signing the main contract, you transfer the amount from your personal resources into our account or (after solemnization of a contract about credit) the bank transfers the amount into our account. After the payment, the handover of the real estate follows, and you are ready to move in.
